| Observação: Total of 19 shrub-tree-sizes (ca. 5.0 m. in height) individuals plus some shrubby (2.0 m.) non-reproductives of this species at this site. Small tree with two stems, 3.5 m. in height. Mature fruit dimensions: 1.2-1.5 kg., 12.75-13.75 cm. diameter, 10.25-11.25 cm. length (n=3). total seeds in one fruit: 681 mature, 62 immature. Corolla purple. Doação do L. H. Bailey Hortorium.
